For Associate Professor : 6 years after Ph.D., or 9 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) out of which 3 years should be after Ph.D. Three years at the level of Assistant Professor with AGP of Rs. 8000/- in an institution of repute or an equivalent position in a R&D laboratory or relevant industry.
For Assistant Professor : 3 years after Ph.D. or 6 years total (not counting Ph.D. enrolment period) after obtaining M. Tech. degree in an institution of repute or an equivalent position in a R&D laboratory or relevant industry.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As Per Decided NIT Meghalaya.
